Reporting and submission

The final step in the microarray process is the reporting of results and, where appropriate, the submission of the results to a centralised consortium database.

Full automation enables BlueFuse to generate comprehensive reports directly from array images however in order to ensure these reports are relevant and easy to interpret the software also includes a detailed configuration tool to control exactly which information is published in the final report.

Key information from within the BlueFuse database, for example information on the sample, lot records of consumables, QC information on reference DNA can be optionally included in the report together with detailed descriptions and a graphical view of all imbalances detected in the sample.

A single click export function is all that is then required in order to upload results to the ISCA or Decipher consortium databases.
