Fluorescent Labelling Systems

BlueGnome Fluorescent Labelling Systems are designed to provide optimal results for arrayCGH, expression, and other clinical research applications requiring fluorescent labelling. The systems include Cy3 and Cy5 dyes and all necessary buffers, and are carefully quality controlled on a lot by lot basis. Each system is packaged to allow straightforward and robust use in a routine laboratory environment.

The Fluorescent Labelling Systems may be used with, and are recommended for, the CytoChip protocol for labelling and hybridization and are available for 24sure, CytoChip (BAC) and CytoChip Oligo formats.

COT Human DNA

COT Human DNA is a fraction of total genomic DNA that is enriched for highly repetitive DNA sequences, such as the Alu, LINE-1 and THE repeats, it is recommended for use in DNA hybridization techniques, such as FISH and arrayCGH, that require competition to prevent repetitive DNA from binding to targets. Each batch of BlueGnome's COT Human DNA is thoroughly tested through 4 standard CytoChip hybridizations, the results are compared to a previous good batch.
