24sure
Aneuploidy is known to increase with maternal age and there is growing belief that it is a major cause of IVF failure and recurrent miscarriage. 24sure is the industry standard for screening 24 chromosome aneuploidy in single cells including; polar bodies, blastomere and trophectoderm biopsies.
Short, simple protocols, low capital and consumable costs, combined with a 12 hour protocol make 24sure ideal for the investigation of aneuploidy.
24sure is available as a complete solution comprising whole genome amplification, optimised consumables, data analysis and management software, and a range of laboratory hardware; indeed everything that is necessary to report the status of every chromosome in a biopsied cell.
24sure is available in two formats.
24sure V3. For the investigation of whole chromosome aneuploidy. 24sure V3 uses new analytical methods to produce a simple report of aneuploidy in all 24 chromosomes, including the sex chromosomes.
24sure+. For the investigation of sub chromosome imbalances in embryos of reciprocal translocation carriers. 24sure+ includes increased coverage of pericentrometic and subtelomeric regions to ensure the identification and reporting of the smallest derived chromosome fragments.
Complementary BlueFuse software licenses deliver fully automated array processing and the production of reports for all cells included in a single cycle. By storing all sample details and results in a single, centralised, multiuser SQL database BlueFuse provides secure and scalable management of all information associated with implementing 24sure, and indeed BlueGnome’s other array products.
